I've tried listening to this one while watching perpetual motion videos, and it sure as hell worked! Therefore, this is exactly what I can observe as the theme of this song, since it shows how the world runs in perpetual motion!

A fast paced tempo plus the constant changes in the melody would make this song suitable for a timelapse, either of the creation of a wonderful work or art, or the assembly and building of something monumental!

The title's a dead giveaway for this one, of course a spectral change! Or it could represent something like biosynthesis, since that is another element I was able to derive from this song!
